Other Parts Availability

For parts not listed on this web site, I can still supply replacements for nearly all of the other components that were used in Rick-Tone and Rick Campbell amplifiers. If you need a particular part, and can't find it here or through your usual parts suppliers, please feel free to e-mail me to inquire about parts availability. Many common electronic parts are available for immediate shipment, and specialized parts such as transformers, chassis, cabinets, etc., can usually still be supplied but may take a few days to a few weeks to fabricate or procure.

Parts Inquiries

When inquiring about parts for Rick-Tone and Rick Campbell amplifiers, please include the amplifier's type/model number and serial number (if any), and a brief description of the parts that you need.

If you are inquiring about parts for an older model of Rick Campbell amplifier that doesn't have a type/model number marked on it, please include pictures of the top of the chassis (where the tubes are located) and the bottom of the chassis (where the wiring is located), so I can try to identify the amplifier.

Shipping Costs

• US customers only: Parts can be shipped to any street address in the USA. No post office boxes please. The cost of shipping most parts is a flat $8.55 per order to any address in the lower 48 states, regardless of the quantity of parts ordered. However, certain large or heavy items may increase the shipping cost over the base amount. For on-line purchases, you can determine the exact shipping cost by adding the desired parts to the on-line shopping cart and then view the shipping amount displayed near the bottom of the shopping cart page. For orders to Alaska or Hawaii, please contact me to estimate shipping costs to your address.

• Customers outside the US: Sorry, I don't ship parts outside the USA at this time.

Payment Methods

• Payment For On-Line Purchases: Acceptable forms of payment are credit cards, electronic checks (eChecks), or instant transfers through PayPal. You do not need to be a PayPal member to pay with this service.
  

• Payment For Mail-In Purchases: US Postal Money orders are the preferred method of payment for mail-in orders. Other acceptable forms of payment are bank money orders, personal or business checks, or US currency (for safety, please use registered mail when sending currency). Checks may take up to 14 days to clear. All checks and money orders must be drawn on a US bank in US dollars.
